Mumshine – Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all bookings, purchases, and registrations made through Mumshine.

By purchasing or booking with Mumshine, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They’re here to keep things clear, fair, and supportive for everyone.

All sales are inclusive of 10% GST

1. About Mumshine

Mumshine provides neuroaffirming counselling, coaching, group programs, and self-paced learning for mothers, particularly those who are neurodivergent or parenting neurodivergent children.

Most services are delivered online, unless otherwise stated.

2. What Mumshine Offers

Mumshine may offer:

Individual counselling or coaching sessions
Group programs and facilitated learning experiences
Online courses and self-paced learning
Digital resources such as workbooks or downloads

Details for each offering, including pricing and delivery format, are shared clearly before purchase or booking.

3. Suitability and Safety

Some services, particularly group programs, require an introduction or screening process to ensure they’re a good fit and safe for everyone involved.

Mumshine may:

Recommend a different service
Suggest starting with individual support
Delay or decline entry into a group program

This is always done with care, ethical responsibility, and your wellbeing in mind.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in AUD, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase, unless a payment plan is offered.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe).

Mumshine does not store your payment details.

5. 30-Day Program & Course Guarantee

Mumshine wants you to feel confident and supported when investing in programs and learning.

For online courses, group programs, and self-paced learning (not including individual counselling sessions), Mumshine offers a 30-day guarantee.

If you try a course or program and feel it isn’t the right fit for you:

Simply email hello@mumshine.com.au within 30 days of purchase
Let me know you’d like a refund
No explanations required

Refunds will be processed less any transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party providers.

This guarantee does not apply to:

Individual counselling or coaching sessions
Sessions already delivered

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Individual Sessions)

Individual sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full session fee.

This helps protect availability and fairness for all clients.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.

8. Nature of Support

Counselling and coaching services are supportive and therapeutic, not medical or psychiatric treatment.
Mumshine does not provide crisis services.
If you are in immediate danger or distress, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support line.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy matters.

Personal information is handled in line with Mumshine’s Privacy Policy and relevant ethical obligations.

Information shared in sessions or programs is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons.

10. Use of Mumshine Materials

All Mumshine content — including course materials, worksheets, videos, and downloads — is for personal use only.

Please don’t copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on the Mumshine website.
