Join us for a fun, fast and free, 30 minute online workshop. Learn how mindfulness helps us reduce mum guilt and worry as we learn and apply 3 different techniques (breathing, grounding and mindfulness) which you can apply every day in your busy life in 5 minutes or less, without any special equipment and often while you do other things.

Sounds too good to be true? Well it isn't. This is just one of the little ways that Mumshine gives back to help mums like you shine brighter. 

Make sure you register as seats are strickly limited, and I don't want you to miss out!
