About Freya - the Neurodivergent Brain Behind Mumshine
Freya Corboy is an ACA Registered Counsellor and founder of Mumshine, providing neuroaffirming counselling and psychoeducation to neurodivergent adults, with a particular focus on late diagnosed women and mothers raising neurodivergent children.
Her practice focuses on understanding the individual within the systems around them, and identifying practical, sustainable ways to reduce load rather than simply asking the individual to build greater capacity to cope with it.
Freya values collaborative, multidisciplinary care. Her work is designed to complement, rather than replace, psychiatric, medical and allied health care.
