For counselling clients, we are also required under the ACA Code of Ethics and Practice to take notes and maintain records.

complete contact or sign-up forms on our website (via Systeme.io)
book sessions or complete intake documentation through Halaxy
attend online sessions via Zoom (only basic information is stored)
communicate with us via email, phone, or contact forms

communicate with you about appointments or services

deliver resources and programs
send updates or marketing emails (only if you explicitly opt in)

Halaxy for practice management and secure client notes
Zoom for online sessions
Stripe for secure payment processing
Systeme.io for website hosting, forms, and email delivery (opt-in only)

Information stored by third-party platforms may be hosted on secure servers in Australia or overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, your email address will be stored securely through Systeme.io. You may unsubscribe at any time.
