Your name, email address, physical address, phone number, mental health and wellbeing history, emergency contacts, and payment information (processed by a secure third-party payment platform — Stripe).

For counselling clients, we are also required under the ACA Code of Ethics and Practice to take notes and maintain records.

We may also collect website or learning platform usage data to help us improve and tailor our services. You may provide additional information voluntarily during sessions, through booking forms, emails, phone calls, or other communications with us.

We collect information when you:

• complete contact or sign-up forms on our website (via Systeme.io)

• book sessions or complete intake documentation through Halaxy

• attend online sessions via Zoom (only basic information is stored)

• communicate with us via email, phone, or contact forms

We use your information to:

• provide counselling, coaching, and educational services

• schedule and manage bookings

• communicate with you about appointments or services

• securely process payments

• deliver resources and programs

• send updates or marketing emails (only if you explicitly opt in)

• improve our website, resources, and user experience

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We only share your information when required to deliver services. This includes:

• Halaxy for practice management and secure client notes

• Zoom for online sessions

• Stripe for secure payment processing

• Systeme.io for website hosting, forms, and email delivery (opt-in only)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Information stored by third-party platforms may be hosted on secure servers in Australia or overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, your email address will be stored securely through Systeme.io. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We take your privacy seriously. We use secure platforms (Halaxy, Zoom, Systeme.io and Stripe) and password-protected systems to safeguard your information. Only authorised personnel have access to your records.

As part of professional supervision, de-identified case material may occasionally be discussed for reflective practice. No identifying or personally sensitive information is ever shared.

• request corrections to inaccurate data

• request deletion of personal information (unless we are legally required to retain it)
