What Neurodivergent Burnout Recovery

Can Look Like

Nervous System Support
We slow things down and focus on showing your body that you are safe.
Because calm starts with soothing.

Reducing Cognitive Load

We look at what’s taking the most energy and use systems to lighten the load.
Because reducing demands matters.

Finding Ways to Rest and Recharge

Neurodivergent rest is a sensory experience based on passions, purpose and play.
Because stopping doesn't help.

Taking a Neuroaffirming Approach

Developing sustainable, strengths based systems to break the burnout cycle.
Because your life needs to work for you.

The Burnout Recovery Program

The Burnout Recovery Program is a small, neuroaffirming group created for mums living with ongoing overwhelm and burnout. So we can break the burnout cycle for good.

It’s a space to learn, grow, and feel supported alongside others who get it — without pressure to share, perform, or push yourself beyond your capacity.

We move slowly and consistently, focusing on safety, reducing load, and rebuilding energy over time. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are — tired, unsure, masked, unmasked, talkative, quiet, or somewhere in between.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about being supported while things feel hard.

Burnout isn’t something you should have to carry alone.

Asking for help can feel hard — especially when you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time.

Needing support isn’t a failure. It’s a response to doing too much, for too long, without enough care.

If burnout has been part of your story, the Burnout Recovery Program offers a gentle, supported pathway forward.

If you’re not sure what kind of support would be most helpful right now, you don’t have to work that out on your own.
We can explore what looking lighter looks like for you
