Sometimes we want to help ourselves, to access resources and materials in our own time and at our own pace. I get that. I love making support accessible and have created, curated and collated a range of resources and tools from across the web so you can access them when and where you need. These resources are shared freely with the hope of making your day a little brighter but they are not a replacement for therapy or mental health support.
