Hi, I’m Freya — the neurodivergent brain and heart behind Mumshine. I created the Overwhelm Reset because I know what it’s like to feel stretched too thin, spinning plates and still wondering if it’s enough. As a counsellor, coach, AuDHDer, mum, wife, and fur-parent (in no particular order!), I’m passionate about helping mums navigate neurodivergence with compassion, clarity, and ease. Mumshine is where I bring together the tools, warmth, and real-life honesty I wish I’d had along the way.
